Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose:
The tasting opens with aromas of lightly oxidized red berries, accompanied by notes of vanilla, apricot, vanilla caramel, and candied fruit. A subtle hint of lemon adds freshness. With aeration, the caramel gradually intensifies, revealing notes of charred oak and slowly relegating the other aromas to the background.
In the mouth:
The attack is direct, with a round and generously sweet texture. A delicate fruity touch emerges first, before a powerful vanilla caramel envelops the palate, carrying with it the flavors of candied fruit. The tasting then evolves towards roasted notes reminiscent of cocoa, accompanied by a pleasant hint of bitterness that provides balance.
The final:
Quite long, it lingers on notes of roasted wood and caramel, leaving a warm and indulgent impression.
