Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose:
A generous nose dominated by vanilla and caramel, quickly joined by a basket of candied fruits, where orange, apricot and fig stand out.
In the mouth:
The attack is direct, with a round and indulgent texture. Caramel, heavily influenced by vanilla, opens the tasting before revealing a touch of citrus. Notes of milk chocolate, fudge, and bitter cocoa add depth, while a hint of cardamom enhances the finish.
The final:
The lingering finish prolongs the caramel notes and roasted nuances, accompanied by a lovely citrus freshness. A subtle spicy touch, reminiscent of caraway and anise, completes a balanced and elegant finish.
