Renegade Pre Cask New Bacolet is a pure cane juice white rum from the island of Grenada. It is one of the very first rums to come out of this young and ambitious distillery. Its main objective is to reflect the notion of terroir. Each variety of cane from each farm is fermented, distilled and aged separately.
In this case, a pot still rum distilled in 2021, from the Lacalome Red variety. It was grown on a plot high up on the slopes of a natural amphitheatre, one of the hottest and driest spots on the island.
