Rhum Charrette Maturé Finish Ex-Cognac is produced on Reunion Island from sugarcane molasses.
It is aged for several months in oak tuns, then sublimated by a period in French oak barrels that have previously contained cognac.
This wood-aged rum can be enjoyed as a long drink or in cocktails.
