To make this rhum arrangé, lime zests were macerated in barrels of rhum agricole from the French West Indies (Guadeloupe and Martinique).
The Rhum & KO team also added a little cane sugar, a tiny bit of cinnamon and a vanilla pod.
The rum is filtered before bottling.
