This vanilla rum comes from the Rivière du Mât distillery located in Saint-Benoît on the island of Reunion.
It is made from an infusion of vanilla pods and spices in rum.
The rum necessary to make this arrangement is produced by the distillery itself. It has perpetuated the Reunionese tradition and ancestral know-how since 1886.
Fresh or at room temperature, this recipe can be enjoyed alone or in a cocktail. For our part, we advise you to place the bottle in the freezer a little before tasting.
