After the Rivière du Mât Single Cask 2003 , here is the 2004 vintage.
Tropical aging and slow reduction are on the menu for this traditional old rum from a single barrel.
Produced from molasses, it was aged in the cellars of the Rivière du Mât distillery. Jean Grondin identified this barrel among hundreds for bottling without going through the assembly box.
Each of the bottles is numbered. In addition, the barrel number (which may vary depending on arrivals), the barreling date and the unloading date are written on the bottle.
