The rum comes from Diamond Distillers Ltd, the only distillery in Guyana still in operation.
Distilled in July 2004 then aged for 18 years in the continental climate in ex-bourbon barrels. This rum bears the MDXC mark. Which means it was distilled in the famous Versailles pot still.
Bottled cask strength at 56.9° in October 2022, this cask n°6 gave birth to 15 examples of this magnum.
