Royal Cane El Salavador 2007 is a molasses rum produced by El Salvador's only distillery, Ingenio la Cabaña. This distillery also produces Cihuatan rum.
Distillation took place in 2007 and was carried out in columns. This rum benefited from an initial ageing of 11 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels in the distillery's tropical climate. In 2018, it migrated to the UK to benefit from a further 4 years' maturation in the Liverpool docks.
Bottled in 2022, the single cask number M082 delivered a total of 310 numbered bottles.
