Rum Artesanal Fiji South Pacific 2001 is a very old molasses rum distilled in pot-still. While the South Pacific distillery is capable of producing both light and highly aromatic rums, the German bottler chose one of the latter.
This rum, distilled in March 2001, comes from a single cask and was bottled in April 2021. The result is a more than respectable 20 years of oak contact, and only 281 bottles.
