The Nectar du Maître de Chai by Saint James is a liqueur made with old AOC Martinique rum.
This creation is based on the pure cane aged agricultural rum from the Saint James distillery. It is aged for at least three years in oak barrels. This is followed by a maceration of prunes and Bourbon vanilla pods. Gentle filtration is carried out to remove as much of the natural cloudy deposits as possible.
The entire process is carried out at the heart of the distillery in order to claim the appellation of liqueur with old agricultural rum AOC Martinique.
