Serum Panama 10 anos Ancon is a sugarcane honey rum produced in Panama. It is named after the American freighter "USS Ancon", the first ship to pass through the Panama Canal in 1914, linking the Atlantic to the Pacific.
The rum is distilled from cane syrup (or cane honey) obtained from locally grown sugar cane. It is then aged for 10 years on site in oak barrels that have previously contained bourbon.
