Serum Panama Gorgas Gran Reserva is a blend of rums made from Panamanian sugarcane honey, aged for up to 8 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
This cuvée pays tribute to William Crawford Gorgas, a U.S. Army medical officer during the First World War. He is best known for his work in Florida, Havana and on the Panama Canal (1880-1914), aimed at reducing the transmission of yellow fever and malaria.
