Distilled primarily in pot stills after a long fermentation of 7 to 14 days , then aged for a year in stainless steel tanks, this 60% ABV rum reveals a rare intensity: ultra-ripe tropical fruits, fresh glue, olive, spices, and fermentary notes typical of great Jamaican high esters. A powerful profile that will appeal to thrill-seekers and enthusiasts of characterful rums.
