Spirit Gallery, a young independent French bottler, unearths gems such as this rum from Trinidad.
Aged 21 years, this molasses rum comes from the 2003 vintage. It comes from the very fashionable distillery, Trinidad Distillers Limited.
This house, better known under the name Angostura, produces several types of rums. However, in his portfolio we find “heavy rum” which are sought after by all amateurs.
Here, it is a rum aged for 21 years in bourbon barrels, including 15 years in the tropics.
Bottling took place in 2024 without reduction to only 369 copies.
