The trio behind the Easy Peasy #3 vintage has come together again for an unusual creation.
It is an oyster pastis called “Maritime Breeze”.
This original recipe is composed of macerates of fresh plants and spices, oysters from the ocean coast, oysters from the Mediterranean coast, sea lettuce, samphire, thyme, rosemary, sugar, star anise essence, liquorice and a peaty whisky.
This pastis was produced at the Château des Creissauds, where Maison Ferroni operates.
