Ratafia du Quercy is made from 1/3 Cabernet Franc brandy and 2/3 grape must , selected by Swell de Spirits from the Easy Peasy series.
Distilled in March 2023 at Domaine de Foussal Bas , it was blended in September 2023, then rested and brewed for 19 months in stainless steel tanks .
With an alcohol content of 16.8%, this vintage is limited to 1400 bottles.
