This Secret Islay 1990 bottling is the second opus from the Field Trip collection selected by Swell de Spirits.
This peated whiskey comes from a distillery in the south of the island of Islay in Scotland, the name of which remains a big secret. It would in fact be Laphroaig, even if this information is not on the bottle.
Distilled in November 1990 then aged for 32 years in an ex-bourbon cask (n° 4367), this single malt scotch whiskey was bottled in December 2022.
The wine is bottled at its natural alcoholic strength, without cold filtration.
