The 5th edition of the Field Trip collection by Swell de Spirits is a selection of plum brandies.

This 1999 eau-de-vie comes from the La Salamandre distillery in Sarlat, Périgord. The eau-de-vie was aged for 25 years in French oak barrels.
When bottled in December 2023, 100 bottles were produced.
