Made from 100% Azul agave aged over five years, this tequila follows an artisanal process.
The agave hearts are steamed in brick ovens for four days , before being gently ground with the tahona, a traditional stone mill.
Fermentation then takes place over four days in wooden vats, in the presence of agave fibers to enrich the aromatic profile.
Finally, a double distillation in a copper still completes the process.
