The 15th installment in the Swell & Co series was born from the collaboration between Swell de Spirits and Premium Craft Spirits.
This vintage was created in two distinct stages:
- tout d’abord un assemblage de différents rhums blancs jamaïcains. Parmi ceux ci, on retrouve neuf profils distincts de rhums “High Ester” issus de distilleries emblématiques telles que Hampden, Clarendon et Worthy Park. Les marks représentés sont : HLCF (25%), MMW (25%), LROK (15%), WPL (8%), C<>H (6%), <>H (6%), DOK (6%), HGML (5%). Les 4% restants se composent de rhums “Low Esters”.
- Secondly, this rum benefited from a 16-month period in a barrel which contained a rum from the TDL (Trinidad Distillers Limited) distillery.
Bottling was done without reduction, at 62.9°. This exclusive edition is limited to 370 bottles.
