Takamaka Zenn is a traditional unaged rum produced at the Trois Frères distillery on the island of Mahé. Located in the Indian Ocean, Mahé is the main island of the Seychelles archipelago.
This blend is composed of rums distilled in column and pot stills, subjected to hydrodynamic cavitation, and rested for several months in large stainless steel tanks. Its color comes from fine oak particles pressed from old bourbon casks.
