That Boutique-Y 16 ans is a rum produced by the Diamond distillery in Guyana from molasses.
This rum was distilled in a famous wooden iron still named after Versailles. It is one of the two oldest stills in the world.
This cuvée bears the KFM mark, a reference to Kenneth Francis MacKenzie (1749-1831). He was a lawyer and co-owner of the Lusignan plantation, which later merged with the Enmore distillery.
The still is pictured on the bottle label, with Peter Holland aka The Floating Rum Shack on the left. He is a well-known blogger among rum enthusiasts.
