The Botanist Islay Dry is a unique gin from the Scottish island of Islay. Its 31 ingredients are distilled at the Bruichladdich distillery. First come the classic cardamom, coriander, juniper, orange, cinnamon, lemon, licorice, angelica root and iris root. Then 22 botanicals hand-harvested on Islay are added.
The whole is distilled slowly at low pressure for 17 hours.
