The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a unique gin, which comes to us from the island of Islay, Scotland. It is at the Bruichladdich distillery that the 31 ingredients used in its composition are distilled. First we find the classic cardamom, coriander, juniper, orange, cinnamon, lemon, licorice, angelica root and orris root. Then 22 botanicals harvested by hand on the island of Islay are added.
The whole is distilled slowly at low pressure for 17 hours.
