The Torabhaig distillery, founded in 2017, is located on the Isle of Skye in Scotland.
This whisky is made from malted and peated barley, with a phenol content of over 78 ppm (parts per million). Distilled in copper pot stills, this eau-de-vie has been aged in American ex-bourbon oak casks for 5 years.
Bottling was carried out without reduction, coloring or cold filtration, with a residual phenol content of 22.8 ppm.
