La Palma Suave is a rum vintage produced by the Aldea distillery in the Canary Islands. It is a selection of the Tres Hombres brand.
This “ron tradicional” aged on the island of La Palma for 17 years. Selected on site in 2022, it was then loaded aboard the Tres Hombres sailboat in barrels of Pineau des Charentes and Pedro Ximenez. It only arrived on the European continent 6 months later, after a long sea crossing.
This traditional rum is produced by Aldea from locally grown sugar cane. The canes are pressed to obtain a sugar cane syrup called “guarapo”. The syrup is fermented and then distilled.
This is a limited edition produced in 2086 copies.
