It took many years for this reference to see the light of day. It was finally in 2024 that Trois Rivières presented its first XO blend.
Trois Rivières XO is an extra old AOC Martinique agricultural rum. It is the result of a meticulous blend by Daniel Baudin. It is composed of rums aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years. Among the barrels with a capacity of 400 liters, 30% are free of any aging, the rest being ex-cognac barrels.
