This molasses rum from Barbados was distilled in 2017 in the English tradition. Dutch bottler Ultimatum Rum has selected it for its "Single Cask Selection - Cask Finish" collection.
The rum was first aged for 3 years in a sherry butt (approximately 500-liter barrel). It was then finished for a year and a half in a single malt whisky cask from the Whitlaw distillery (Orkney Islands Highland Park).
This cuvée produced 828 numbered bottles. Bottling took place in July 2021, with no additions and no cold filtration.
