This 7-year-old rum from Venezuela is part of the "Single Cask Selection - Cask Finish" collection from bottler Ultimatum.
The rum was distilled in 2014 from molasses in the Spanish tradition. It was first aged for 5 years, then finished for 2 years in an ex-bourbon cask from the Edradour distillery in Scotland.
Only 328 numbered bottles were filled. The bottling, carried out in July 2021, did not undergo any addition or cold filtration.
