West Cork Cask Strength is a blended Irish whiskey produced in County Cork. Made from 67% local grain and 33% local malt, it is a pure Irish product.
It was placed in ex-bourbon casks for most of its ageing. Then it spent the last 6 months inex-Irish whiskey casks. This is a limited edition, bottled at 62% brut de fût.
