This rum from the Wild Parrot collection comes from Reunion Island. This is a “Grand Arôme” from the Savanna distillery.
Distilled in 2016, this bottling comes from a long fermentation, specific to this type of rum. It was initially aged for a year in the Reunion climate before continuing its breeding in the United Kingdom for five additional years.
Bottling in 2023 took place without reduction or any addition.
