Allary

The Allary Cooperage was founded in 1953 by Roger Allary . His son Jacky , passionate about the craft from a young age, worked alongside his father for twenty years, acquiring solid and recognized expertise. When Roger Allary retired in 1992 , Jacky naturally took over the management of the family business and spearheaded its development, particularly internationally .
In the 1960s , the cooperage focused its activity primarily on the Cognac region , supplying local producers with casks and barrels for aging eaux-de-vie. From the 1990s onwards, the company embarked on a diversification strategy , developing barrels as well as truncated conical tanks ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 liters, specifically designed for winemaking and aging.
This growth momentum then led to the creation of a small cooperage workshop , further expanding the company's offerings. Today, Tonnellerie Allary exports its expertise to more than 30 countries across five continents, confirming its international reach and artisanal skill.
