Founded in 1948 on Lote 48, in the heart of the fertile slopes of the Serra Gaúcha in Ivoti, the Weber Haus distillery embodies the legacy of German immigration that arrived in Brazil as early as 1824. Initially producers of potato schnapps, the Webers gradually adopted sugar cane , combining their European know-how with the riches of the Brazilian terroir to give birth to an authentic and unique cachaça.

Production is based on unwavering standards. The sugarcane varieties, grown organically , are selected for their quality and suitability to the soil. After harvesting, the cane is crushed within a few hours to preserve its freshness and prevent any unwanted acidity. The juice, carefully filtered and decanted, then undergoes natural fermentation under controlled conditions.

Distillation takes place in a copper pot still using a traditional method: only the "hearts" of the distillation are retained, guaranteeing purity and aromatic finesse. The cachaças are then aged in oak , sassafras , or bálsamo barrels, where they develop complexity and depth.

Weber Haus has established itself as a benchmark of quality in the world of cachaça, honoring its past while continuing to innovate.
