The Depaz distillery is located at the foot of Mount Pelée, in Saint-Pierre, in the northwest of Martinique .
It was rebuilt in 1917 by the sole survivor of the Depaz family, decimated by the volcanic eruption of 1902. At the time, it was one of the only distilleries that aged a large part of its production.
Depaz now belongs to La Martiniquaise and has a production capacity of 17,000 liters/day.
