Every year, the A1710 distillery presents a new vintage. It is the turn of the 2023 harvest to take over from the 2016 to 2022 vintages.
As with the previous editions, it is a rum made from pure cane juice which does not benefit from the AOC Martinique because the distillery wishes to free itself from certain rules in order to produce the rum it wants.
It is distilled and bottled at Le François, at the Habitation du Simon.
Each of the bottles is waxed, labeled and finally numbered by hand.
