Perle Rare Canne Roseau Bio vintage 2024 is a white agricultural rum produced by the A1710 distillery, located at Habitation du Simon, in Le François, Martinique . This vintage showcases a specific variety of sugarcane cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.
Made from 100% pure, freshly harvested sugarcane juice, this rum is produced from the Roseau B59-92 variety. This single-plot , single-varietal approach allows A1710 to highlight the unique characteristics of each sugarcane variety and offer blends identified by their plant origin and harvest year.
The fermentation , carried out over a period of 5 to 7 days , is followed by distillation in a Charentais copper still associated with a rectification column named “La Belle Aline” .
