It is made with fresh mint branches to retain maximum aroma and virtues. This aromatic herb is combined with Damoiseau white agricultural rum and cane sugar syrup.
Produced all year round, this punch is made immediately after the mint is harvested. The variety used is strong enough to be the main ingredient in the maceration.
