Spicy, fruity and exotic on the nose: pepper, ginger, coconut, pear, baked apple and vanilla bean. A toasty woodiness accompanies notes of banana crumble.
The palate is just as exotic, with vanilla and banana, a hint of toasted coconut and pineapple. A return of pepper and tannins gives it depth. Citrus fruit covers the finish.
The finish stretches on tannins and salty-sweet licorice.
