Notable Age Statement is a collection from independent Scottish bottler Decadent Drinks.
For this 5th edition, it's a blend of two barrels of Barbados rums distilled at Foursquare in 2005 and 2007. After spending at least 11 years in the distillery's cellars, the two barrels were transferred to the UK.
Once assembled, this rum was separated in two, the first part was bottled in the Rum Sponge collection as a 19th edition at 57.1°, the second part is bottled here with a reduction to 50°.
