This Goélette 2015 Brut de fût is a limited edition from the Bielle distillery, located on Marie-Galante. It comes in a magnificent wooden box that reveals the bottle's label through an opening depicting the outline of the Island of 100 Mills.
This agricultural rum has an age count of 9 years. The aging process is broken down as follows:
- 6 years in the tropics, in the distillery cellars, in Bourbon barrels,
- 4 months of transatlantic sailing, aboard the schooner Avontuur,
- a 3-year maturation in the temperate climate of Charente.
Only 623 bottles of this collector's vintage were produced.
