Big Peat Christmas Edition 2023 is the 13th edition of this peated whisky created especially for the festive season by independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co.
This is an Islay blended malt, which means it's a blend of peated single malts sourced on the Isle of Islay.
It includes distillates from Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila and Port Ellen. This cuvée is unique in that, for the first time, this Christmas cuvée has been finished in sherry casks.
This Scotch whisky is bottled brut de fût, with no chill filtration or coloring added.
