The confidential Rhum Bologne is a collection of old rums in limited editions.
This is a rum selected by Jean-François Sobczak, the cellar master in charge of the Bologna cellars.
Distilled in 2013 and then aged on May 5 of the same year, this agricultural rum comes from barrel no. 40. It was bottled on June 10, 2024 without reduction or filtration. It produced just under 350 50 cl bottles. Each copy is numbered.
