This Caroni, distilled in 2000, aged for 18 years in Trinidad. The tropical climate resulted in an angel's share of 80%. It was then transferred to Europe where it benefited from an additional 7 years of aging in demijohns.
It was bottled in 2025 for Whisky Live (300 bottles in total).
