The Phuket-based distillery embarked on a 2022 collection in honor of the Thai lunar calendar.
Here, the rum comes from a thirteen-day long fermentation followed by distillation in a copper Armagnac still. It is aged for fourteen months in a barrel that previously contained a Jamaican rum.
This vintage comes from a single barrel.
