Chichibu Paris Edition 2023 is a Japanese single malt whisky. It is blended by Ichiro Akuto.
Aged in bourbon casks, quarter casks (chibidaru) and hogsheads, these eaux-de-vie are between five and seven years old.
They are made from different varieties of barley, some of which have been malted by hand.
This edition of Paris 2023 pays tribute to French department stores and architecture from the second half of the 19th century.
Five labels have been designed. They represent the facades of buildings that are emblematic of Paris's commercial and architectural history.
