Compagnie des Indes République Dominicaine 11 ans is a molasses rum produced by the Acoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery. Founded in 2009 by a Spanish group, this is the most modern distillery in the Caribbean, certified 97% eco-responsible and self-sufficient in energy.
This unique cask, number RD177, has been selected by Florent Beuchet through his Compagnie des Indes brand.
This rum was distilled in April 2011, then aged in oak barrels for 11 years. It was bottled in France in April 2022, without cold filtration. A total of 492 units are available worldwide.
