Corman-Collins Mount Gay 2000-2021 is a molasses rum from a single barrel selected by Belgian bottler Corman Collins, a brand founded in 1965 by Hubert Corman and Marie-Jeanne Collins.
The rum was distilled in 2000 at Mount Gay, a distillery in Barbados that dates back to the 18th century and is said to be nothing less than the oldest in the world. Aged for 21 years in oak barrels in a continental climate, the rum was finally bottled in 2021.
