Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose : It is marked by a certain freshness, a herbaceous character, and notes of maceration, with a slightly solvent-like quality. There are aromas of cooked sugarcane, vanilla, honey, and almond milk.
On the palate : A very vanilla caramel profile, accompanied by candied fruits (pineapple and mango) and roasted macadamia nuts. This continues with notes of oxidized red fruits and slightly roasted hints.
Final : It is round and indulgent, with pastry flavors and a hint of sweet, slightly bitter spices.
