This Winter Release Scotch whisky from Daftmill Farm was distilled from the Publican barley variety during the winter of 2010.
The barley was harvested on August 28 and 29, 2009, dried, stored and malted at Alloa during the summer of 2010.
This single malt is the result of the careful blending of 25 first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Aging began in November 2010 for just over 12 years in the cellars of Daftmill Farm.
